We can prepare your custom pieces in a fraction of the time it takes with traditional tools and ship the parts out to be further prefabricated or assembled on your schedule. In the field, to cut and prep a 4” piece of pipe for a weld takes about 30mins. With PMI Fabrication, we can cut and prep your 4” pipe in 33 seconds. 

A: Another advantage to Premier Prefabrication is that after the material is assembled in our shop, we will ship to whatever staging point is required. Our fleet of vehicles also includes a Boom Truck that offers enhanced mobility for delivery.

Since all our work is done in the shop, we can work around other trades and have everything shipped when ready. From there you can assemble on-site. 

A: A field weld takes an average of 3 mins per 1” diameter of pipe. A fabricated weld can be done in less than 1 minute. In the field, to cut and prep a 4” piece of pipe for a weld takes about 30mins. With Premier’s Fabrication we can cut and prep your 4” pipe in 33 seconds. A: Our experienced engineering department creates detailed drawings of all projects with advanced Trimble technology. Our impressive laser scans can be as precise as 1/16” of an inch.
