In Premier Mechanical's 14 years of experiene we have had the opportunity to work in many different areas including commercial, industrial, educational, governmental, and healthcare. Each of these experiences has left us with the knowledge that is required to get each job done safely and on time.
We have over 60 years of combined experience in the HVAC industry. Our personnel consists of degreed engineers, setting us apart from most other contractors in our field. Much of our field personnel has been with the company since the beginning, which provides a strong bond and confidence between both office and the field.

Premier Mechanical’s engineering department offers state of the art CAD drawings for all puposes. Our extensive drawings make coordinating with other contractors easy helping to eliminate expensive conflicts late in a job.

Premier Mechanical Offers a 12,000 sq. ft. welding fabrication shop. Once shop drawings are completed we are able to utilize our welding fabrication shop in order to pre-fab intricate pieces for each job. Thus ensuring a precise field installation.

Using the most up to date software available our engineers can offer detailied drawings of pumps, boiler rooms, and much more. Within our office we are able to hold coordination meetings with on the spot changes in drawings to help expedite the process. Detailed drawings give us the ability to see problems in the office before they become mistakes in the field. Also, our detailed drawings of boiler rooms and mechanical penthouses ensure that we will use your space as effeciently as possible in order to minmize any unnecessary use of space.
